Impossible to download App World

Hello

I have a BB curve 9380.

I tried to dowload an app on app world from my terminal yesterday and it stayed freezed on "please wait" 2 hours.

I turned it off an on again, remove the battery etc ... = it was still freezed on the same message.
I deleted the app world in the options and tried to download it again from my terminal = impossible, I was told to do it from my computer.

I tried to do it from my computer, I was told to enter my e-mail where I was supposed to reach the link to dowload. I did it several times but never received any link on my e-mail.

What can I do ?

(PS : I am from France)

Hi... Yes, your device and BlackBerry Data plan meet all of the requirements.

 

Try this -- Open your browser > Menu > Options > Browser Configuration > Browser Identification = BlackBerry.

 

Save the settings.

 

Now a simple reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Using the BlackBerry Browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld

 

Download AppWorld there.

Hi there,
I'm new, and I say Hi everone!

 

I would appreciate an help because I have exactly the same problem of the guy above, with only two differences.

 

1) I recived my "new" Bold 9900 from the assistence service, it means I already had the "Blackberry" ID activated.

 

2) Even pointing the device's browser to www.blackberry.com/appworld site , it shows to me the " desktop" version, without any specifications to the device request.

 

I also noticed many bugs, or problems anyway, these days  ( linked to the " My World" section, on the blackberry official site) due the Browser's plug-in mismatch, with the device.... Are those just bugs, they'll fix shortly??
