Is this a rogue app?

I paid quite happily for Hub++ (I believed the marketing hype) unfortunately on activating the product it killed my Z10 - a reboot turned into a continual reboot unfortunately. I contaced the developers (after recovering my Z10 with a security wipe) and they in turn pointed me to an "info page"! Well I followed the instructions, downloaded the app from "my Apps" since I had already paid for it, and opened it - doing nothing else. On rebooting my Z10, yes again a continuous reboot.....now recovering for the second time! No third time chances for this app and a waste of £2. And no way of posting a caveat emptor rating it would appear (or rather it doesn't appear on the review listings for the app) Not a happy customer at all!
