Map My India is not working in my L.E

the app is showing error as "We're sorry,but your device is not authorized to use this application"

What i should do for this ?

MapMyIndia needs a way to make sure you are in India.
Can you ask your carrier to give your PIN to MapMyIndia?

About this I have contacted to MapmyIndia and gave pin and they are telling " Kindly note that we have generated license for navigation against PIN numbers shared by Blackberry. This application is registered on those PIN numbers which are authorized by Blackberry. We are not able to find any record of BB PIN shared by you in our database. We request you to get in touch with Blackberry regarding this issue."

I'm having the same problem. It's been two months and still when I open the app it gives me a message that my BlackBerry is not registered device. I bought Z10 from Sangeetha in Hyderabad. Any help would be appreciated.

the "BlackBerry Maps" application has been forbidden by the India governement. So if you are in India, you cannot use it.

the India governement says you can contact your carrier, which will allow you to use another maps application that is allowed.
