Re: Meet the BlackBerry Community App

I can't even download the app, like some others on my Z10. What could be the problem? I'm running on OS 10.0.9.

Read the initial post in this thread. Especially note the line which reads "*The BlackBerry Community App requires BlackBerry OS 10.2 or higher."

Re: Meet the BlackBerry Community App

Z30 with 32GB micro SD card

BBOS 10.2.1.2991

I can properly log into the web based community forum pages using my chosen username and password, but am unable to use the same username and password in the Community Forum app.  in the Settings screen, the words "You are NOT logged into he BlackBerry Support Forum." are displayed at the bottom.

Is this intentional, or is there a setting that I am missing?

Thanks in advance for your response.
