Not able to download app to Z10

 Hi,

 

I paid for ann app & downloaded to my playbook, & want to download the same app to my Z10, when i tried to dowload the app to my Z10 its not letting me to do it, it saying customer already paid for app and then won't let me download it to my phone. I am ready to pay for it again, but its not even letting me to pay for it again, & I am using same BB ID for both y devices...can someone help me with this please....

Is the app your trying to download also support playbook tabet?

The app support both Playbook & Z10, coz i downloaded to my playbook first & now wana download to Z10.

check in your uninstalled apps, do you see it ?
