I'm having trouble purchasing apps. I can download free apps.
When I attempt to purchase I get the message "Blackberry World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry World Server. Verify your network connections and try again"
I have full connection on wifi and Vodafone UK. My payment option is set to be billed by Vodafone UK.
I've read the knowledge base. Do I have to wipe my phone and change my blackberry ID to solve this or is there another fix? My Blacberry ID was created in OS 6 and has been migrated to BB10.

Unfortunately doesn't help at all.
The article relates to OS7 & older and App World.
As stated, I'm on a Z10 using the latest versions of BB10 an Blackberry World
