Dear BlackBerry Support Community
I am sure that I had spoken of this problem via another post earlier this year.
I have just tried to apply for a refund the an application I purchased today, but I am being asked for an receipt number.
Since I upgraded my phone in March this year, I have never received any emails telling me that my purchase has been completed and confirmed.
The only time I get to know of my purchase is when I receive my bank statement.
When I had my BlackBerry Torch 9800, I always received an email to confirm my purchase immediately.
Is there anyone who can direct me to have this corrected.
I will be looking forward to your replies.
