Q10 docs to go problems in creating and editing a word document

I'm unable to create a new word file using Docs To Go application bundle in my q10 as it only minimized the docs to go icon. I also cannot open word documents sent to me. I just had security wipe done but still does not solve my problem. What should i do to reinstall the docs to go application in my q10? Any advise

What version of software are you currently running on your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone? I would like to try and reproduce this issue.
