You need to make your request to the developer of that app. If the app is listed in BBWorld for any BB Model, you can find on the catalog page contact information for the developer. If it's not available for any BB via BBWorld, then you instead need to seek out contact information for the developer either within the app (on a different platform), by finding the developers website on the Internet, etc.
