Re: Ringtone apps - Downloaded, but not to the Music folder so I can't use them

My advice remains as previously given...from this reply, you seem to not have done anything with that advice just yet.

Good luck and let us know!

Re: Ringtone apps - Downloaded, but not to the Music folder so I can't use them

Not sure how to access the files.  Only have access to music, pictures and documents. Using desktop Blackberry Link Program.  This is what I needed to use with the Z10.  The ringtone apps that I downloaded are no where in these files, but are on my phone.  Like I said, I'm new at this, but using the old desktop manager from blackberry it was easier to navigate the files.  This Link program seems really limited.  Going through program files doesn't help either as I get directed back to the Link program.

And you still have yet to say anything about what I recommended in post 8 above...hence, I can only continue to recommend you try those routes.

Re: Ringtone apps - Downloaded, but not to the Music folder so I can't use them

I checked all the reviews and nothing, in fact other Z10 users are using with no issues.  The creator Distimo has yet to get back to me.  Emailed them a few times.
