Twitter app issue

I recently had to change my Twitter handle.  Now when I open Twitter on my BB it still shows the old username and will not let me see anything on my page.  I cannot see my followers, who I'm following or any tweets that I've made.  I've deleted the app and reinstalled.  Same issue.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled.  Same issue.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please go into Settings > Accounts and then select Twitter. Once that screen is up, select the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. Then proceed to put your new Twitter credentials into that screen. That screen controls the Twitter account with which the BB is associated, regardless of if the Twitter app is installed or not.
