I have been using the BlackBerry z10 phones since 3 months and I have purchased a number of apps from the BlackBerry App World without any problem. I wanted a good music player and I found Neutron Music Player to be the kind of app that i was looking for. The reviews are also good. However, while trying to purchase it from the app world, the money was charged on my credit card but I didn't get the app on my phone as it showed an error. I got charged 3 times for the same.
I would really like to use Neutron Music Player but it seems I am not able to purchase it. Please help me with the same and refund the surplus charged on my card.
I have already sent an email to neutronmp customer support and am awaiting their response. I thought of mentioning the same here as well to know if anyone else had the same issue.
Unfortunately you met bug from the side of BlackBerry World app. As developer of 3-rd party app I can't help with problem resolution as do not have interface for that and also developers are not able to issue refunds.
You need to forward your problem description to customer support of BB World. Also I advise you to try resetting cache of BB World app and restart device, may be Neutron will appear as purchased then:
