app world acces problem

A few days ago, I wanted to update a aplication and since the app world does not reponds, the circle in the center of the screen rotates without stopping. I already downolad and updated the aplications from the app world. the technical department of the company that gives me the service, have made me do a lot of manipulations that and nothing woks. thank you very much, if you have the ideas to help me.

  • On your Z10, go to your Music or Games icon.
  • Tap the lower right three dots overflow icon and touch BlackBerry World.
  • Now, BlackBerryWorld should start for you.
