apps for Z10

When I try to purchase apps for my Z10 I get the message "credit card authorization error 11000.

This is a known error, documented here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB28192

According to the above link, the error is being investigated with no resolution time frame currently available. However it does suggest some workarounds you can try.

I am having the same problem. I was told to use PAyPal, but i had my acct hacked and wont do that again.


If you find out anything let me know.  I have 2 reps working on this and no one has come up with a resolution

Suppose, if you are not able to pay for that using your credit then it shows some 2 0r 3 options why can't use any one of that method to pay for the apps.
