cant send message

I AM USING BLACKBERRY Q10 AND I HAVE NOT BE ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES BUT I COULD RECEIVE MESSAGES SINCE LAST 3 DAYS NOW AND WHEN I CHECKED MY BLACKBERRY WORLD ALL I COULD SEE IS  MY BBM IS UNAVAILABLE FOR THIS DEVICE...CAN ANYONE BE OF HELP PLEASE???

Don't use all caps.

You get the message in app world because there is not an update. You are running the pre-installed version and that is the latest. When there is an upgrade, you will see it in app world.

Try rebooting the device by holding down the up and down volume buttons until the device reboots. Then test.
