That's the first I've heard of this issue. I'm going to suggest you load your OS again. Open BlackBerry Link, click Backup and Restore and do a backup, then once it's done do a restore and load the backup you just created. Please don't go ahead and load an older backup. Take the time to create a backup and load THAT one.
Give that a try and post back with your results.
