error installing applucations

it started with WhatsApp now all my application UPGRADES do not download! Help! I have refreshed by world and reset my phone 100 times...

Please expand on EXACTLY what you meant by "do not download" and "reset my phone". What exact steps did you conduct? What were the exact results of each step? If there are any error messages presented, what is the exact and complete content of them?
