Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Facebook for BlackBerry 10 smartphones application.
Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network or are you using your mobile data to access Facebook?
Under Settings>About>Category OS, what is your current device software version?
Have you done a reboot by removing the battery?

Hi I am also having this issue with Facebook, Twitter and the Browser, any application that uses the web will not load they just hang.
I have been onto the phone company but the couldn't help.

Hi, I have tried re booting as in removing the battery. I have used both wifi and mobile data they both don't work. My software version is 10.1.0.273
In the Facebook app, can you view your Profile, Photos, Friends or Event (tap on the 3 lines in the top corner to access the menu).

I have a Blackberry Q10 and every time I try to log in to Facebook, it crashes.
It turns out that Blackberry has developed its own "F10" program for Facebook and no longer accepts the program the entire WORLD uses! I downloaded it, and it's the WORST program I've ever seen!
Guess it's time for me to get rid of Blackberry and find a new phone that actually WORKS!
