Open your BlackBerry World app on your phone. From there go to My World, press the menu key and select Refresh List. That will give you an up-to-the-minute account of which apps you should have. This has been known to resolve issues such as yours quite often.
(It's not a big deal but you posted this under the "BlackBerry 10 Applications>BlackBerry World" thread when it appears you're using a Curve. If, in fact, you're using a BB10 phone, my advice will not work....no menu key.)
