problem with payment options

I own a Bold 9930, and I am not able to access payment options, in my account on blackberry world, it just won't open someone please help! Content control opens but payment options won't. Help anyone......plz

Restart the Device and then access BlackBerry World

So many battery pullouts and nothing, still the same problem.

Still didn't work, from blackberry world it automatically went to the homescreen and that was it but payment options still did not open.

Hi Shans. Did BlackBerry App World worked well before? Have you tried to uninstall the app world, reboot your device and reinstall?
