I have a problem with m backberry Z10, every time when i go in app world it says: there is a issue with Blackberry World. Blackberry world must close now. What can i do to solve the issue? It is a brand knew phone got it yesterday- everything is working except the app world.

Here are a couple of things you might try:
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried:
1) Register HRT
2) Batt Pull Reboot
Clear the AppWorld Cache:
Otherwise, you might need to contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Here is the error, tried registering with network but no resolution so far, tried clearing cache again but when I tap the version number, it appears nothing happens. Will ask the user to do it nevertheless perhaps on her phone there is a problem of some sort. Will advise, currently I have asked her to check her BlackBerry ID if she is logged in.

That is exactly correct...I wish that there were some visible feedback from that step, but there is not. Hence, it is critical to carry out the steps exactly as listed in the KB, even though there is no visible indication of any activity at that step.
