when i try to download and reinstall my paid apps i put in my BB user and password. then i get the invalid price message. need help. kind regards

What is the exact and complete error message? I don't find any match when I search the KBs on "invalid price". Better still, you can search those KBs for yourself.
You also can seek formal support, including escalation to BlackBerry, from your mobile service provider.
