reinstalled bb10 and all my apps. paid apps are getting a message " invalid price"

when i try to download and reinstall my paid apps i put in my BB user and password. then i get the invalid price message. need help. kind regards

I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache.

What is the exact and complete error message? I don't find any match when I search the KBs on "invalid price". Better still, you can search those KBs for yourself.

 

You also can seek formal support, including escalation to BlackBerry, from your mobile service provider.

If that is, as I requested, the exact and complete content of the error message, then I have no resources of information about it. But, as I said, you can search the public KBs just as well as I can...and it's so much more efficient when one searches for them self I find. There are also the remaining things I provided to you in post 5 above.

Ive noticed on some applications that have since been changed in price and therefore need to be paid for.

As for invalid, check your currency? And payment options? Im not so sure
