I am using the following method to reproduce the sound of a url:
p = Manager.createPlayer(url);
The problem is that the file mp3 doesn´t sound. It may be the coding Ñ.
Is there any solution?

The URL, as you gave it, does not return a respond (Connection Timed out).
I´m Sorry, the url is a example. The problem is the character "ñ" is in the url.

You have to URL encode the character...
Yes, I've solved it. The method createPlayer supports base64 characters. The letter Ñ not.So I coded the letter Ñ:
