In my app I have to integrate some 3D animation .
Animations are going to develop by a third party.
So in what format they shoud make the output ?

Whatever output you are willing to support. JSR-239 (OpenGL ES) does not have any file format support. You need to add support yourself. Write a "reader", data type that contains verticies/UVs/normals/etc., helper functions to render that data type by setting the internal data in OpenGL and rendering it.
