Adding Toolbar to FullScreen

Hi,

JDE - 6.0

device - Torch

I have one MainScreen and two FullScreen in my application.

I learnt that we cant add a toolbar to the FullScreen as there is no function such as setToolbar(toolbarManager) which is available for a MainScreen . (is there any way to add a toolbar to a FullScreen?)

When i changed the FullScreen to MainScreen, then i was able to add a toolbar.

But i dont wish the default system menu options, which is part of the MainScreen Class. How to avoid the System menu in a MainScreen?

Re: Adding Toolbar to FullScreen

Hi peter,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I tried overriding the 'makeMenu' method, it created an menu with no items. it created an empty menu(when i have set the style bit NO_SYSTEM_MENU_ITEMS).

Then i tried overriding 'onMenu' method. and i returned false from that overridden method. now the menu doesn't even populate.

thanks
