Re: Alternate Entry Point for a Background application

Hi Peter/Maadani,

Thanks for your help and sorry for confusion.

Maadani: Your bellow suggestion helped me to find the root cause:

Use "ApplicationDescriptor appDescriptor =ApplicationDescriptor.currentApplicationDescriptor();" Instate of

"ApplicationDescriptor appDescriptor = CodeModuleManager.getApplicationDescriptors(handle)[0];

processId = ApplicationManager.getApplicationManager().getProcessId(appDescriptor);"

Thanks for that.

Peter: Thanks for your suggestion. I implemented almost similar concept as u suggested. I have Library class and I used GlobalEventListener to communicate between  application.

Thanks again for your suggestion.

I fixed the Issue. It was coming from alternate entry point.

Your bellow suggestion helped me :

"Ignore the App descriptor, I do not think you will end up using that mechanism to achieve what you want.  Please concentrate on the functionality you want"

Thanks for your time and help.
