Application path in Blackberry

Hi

I have an app that captures images and saves them. These can be later viewed by the user.

I want to save the images taken by my app in a seperate folder so that they dont get mixed up with any random images. In nokia you get an application path where you can store all resource files related to your application like images, media etc.

Is there something similar in blackberry? if not then is there a way to create a special directory when my app is installed?

Any help is highly welcome!

Thanks,
Saket

Re: Application path in Blackberry

You can create a folder in this location

store/home/user/YourDirectory

Re: Application path in Blackberry

So does that imply that there is no default location where only files related to my app can be stored?

Also to create the directory i will be using fileconnection.mkdir()........

Thanks,
