Basic example of HTTP POST?

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all well.  I'm a very novice blackberry developer who has a question.  I've been scouring the internet for HTTP POST examples and I've seen a lot of different formats and layouts.  Some seem to need headers and parameters, some have encoding, etc.  But, I haven't been able to find a decent resource that seems to just have the barebones HTTP POST structure so I may be doing things I don't need and more than likely doing them incorrectly.

All I'm trying to do is send a username and password to the test server.  I don't need to authenticate anything.  Just super basic, bare bones, something so that my server will be able to see the data being sent.

Right now with the code that I've been using the test server isn't receiving any information.   Is there some gold mine of a resource I should be using or would anyone be willing to give me an example?

Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you!
