I was wondering if anyone has experience making an http connection on a Bell Mobility device using WAP2.0 or Direct TCP?
I've used the following URLs and I don't receive an error, not even a timeout, but maybe I'm not waiting long enough (i've let it sit for 5 minutes).
url + ";deviceside=true;ConnectionUID=WAP2 trans";
url + ";deviceside=true";
1) Does Bell Mobility support these connection types?
2) If yes, are there any additional query string paramters needed?

Thanks for the reply, Rexdoug.
I do get the UID from the Service Book.
Those parms look like WAP1 settings, with a WAPAPN. From my understanding of TCP, you need a subset of APN, tunnelauthusername, tunnelauthpassword as inputs.
I'll give it a go, but I guess more specifically, has anyone been able to make a TCP or WAP2 connection on Bell Mobility?

Did you ever get this to work? I'm interested in getting WAP2 on Bell Mobility working, and I thought using the UID from the service book would work. I haven't tested on the network yet, but earlier posts indicated your testing did not work.
If there was a resolution on this, please share.
