For BB10 phones, your options are:
C++ with Cascades
C++ and other tool kits
Html 5 (Webworks, phone Gap etc)
If you really really want Java, then I think you wil have to port a JVM! Sounds like fun, if you have a spare 6 months or so.

Sorry I should have pointed you at this:
You can see the list of options for development, but this screen does not make clear that the Java option is only for BB7. But then it also does not make cear that Cascades is ony for BB10....
