I'm very new to the BlackBerry, so please forgive me if this is a silly question :-)
Does RIM, or anyone else, offer BlackBerry Java development training? Ideally aimed at an experienced developer with both Java and mobile development experience, but no BlackBerry experience.
The only training that I can find on RIM's site (perhaps I'm not looking in the right place though :-) is for support and deployment, not software development.
Many thanks in advance for any pointers.

Thanks for the response. As it happens, I'd found most of that information already. If that's all there is, then I'm sure that we can work through it. I was hoping for some kind of "bootcamp" course that one of two of the developers in my team could use to get up to speed quickly, however. Something like this (except that this is for the iPhone):
I guess that such a thing doesn't exist for the BlackBerry?
