The Code Signing Keys are intended to be installed on one machine. If you need more than one set of code signing keys then we would recommend that you purchase additional ones for additional machines.

I already have a set of valid code signing keys and I'm planning to install JDE Component Package 4.2 because right now I am using JDE 4.5.0. I read from the Release Notes of the Component Package that if i install the new Component Package, it would override the Signature Tool of the JDE. If i do this, what will happen to my valid code signing keys? will they still be able to function?

Yes, you can still use them. Just make a note of this required work around.
