BlackBerry Splat

I would like to use the BlackBerry splat in my own application.  It seems I remember an announcement at DEVCON 2010 that the actual png for the splat was available out there for developers to use rather than creating their own.  Is this in fact the case and if so can someone point me to where I could fnd the splat png file.

Thanks, - Russ -

Re: BlackBerry Splat

Were there guidelines for its use, as well?

Thanks.
