The APIs don't exist currently. However, you can get them elsewhere and port them to the Blackberry. Look for javame Opengl or write your own (would be more efficient. Use the Fixed32 and vecMath libraries for speed. vecMath has some of the transformation matrix ops available. I'm not sure if it's got the 4x4 matrix for 3D graphics with homogenous coordinates.
It does have it for 2D graphics.....but writing your own shouldn't be tough.
I would stick with Fixed32 floating point to do the math involved.
