I am new to Blackberry phone and development. Does a Blackberry phone contain BOTH device memory & SD memory card? Or does it have one of the two depending on the device model. I notice 8300 only has device memory. The reason I am asking is because I am supposed to develop an app that would look for media inside a Blackberry phone, and so I am wondering if I need to scan both file:///SDCard/BlackBerry/ and file:///store/home/user/.

I know I'm following up on a long dead discussion but I was wondering, what file system is used to track the location of databases and other files stored in the System / application memory. I understand that media memory and the SD card normally use Fat32.
Any information would help.
