The RCC key should not be required if you are not using any of the classes listed. What protocol are you using in the Connector.open method?

the protocol that is uses in Connecter.open is
Direct TCP connection.
socket://184.108.40.206:80 along with devise side and wapGatewayAPN and TunnelAuthusername and password.

That should be fine as well. Please verify that you have not accidental imported a class that requires RCC signing. You don't have to actually use a class to require singing. Importing it is enough to trigger the signing requirement.
