Bluetooth radio turned off check

Is there any way to determine in 4.1 if the Bluetooth connection has been turned off?  I know you can check if Bluetooth is supported, but what if the user goes to connections and turns off the Bluetooth connection?  Is there a class that supports this?

Thanks for the help.
