Bluetooth server connection

i`m trying to connect the BlackBerry device to another device (a sensor). BlackBerry is waiting for connections by StreamConnection.acceptAndOpen() method.

When sensor makes a bt request, in the BlackBerry screen shows a request dialog but when i accept this request another dialog appears ("Connection to Desktop...." ) and connection isn't successfull Smiley Frustrated

My question is, why does a "Connection to Desktop" dialog appear??

Thanks in advance!!

Re: Bluetooth server connection

Well, finally i found a solution.

When you use a BlackBerry device as a server in a bluetooth serial port connection it will use the service specified in the Bluetooth options. So if you want use SPP only to send data you have to uncheck desktop connectivity and wireless bypass options.

Hope this can be useful to someone,
