BrowserField scrolls down 39px on focus

I have a pretty vanilla setup. I'm adding a BrowserField to a Screen ( also tried adding it to a VerticalFieldManager ) and loading a URL. I noticed that when I move my pointer up into the title and then back down over the BrowserField, the document.body.scrollTop is shifted 39px. This happens on both my site and google.com. I'm testing on a Bold 9780 using OS 6.0.

I can't seem to figure out why the auto-scroll is happening and have wasted 4h searching the web for a solution. Any insight would be great.
