but is there any way to do this without server interaction, because this time I did not think about server side implementation, I just want to capture voice and listen back after some time.
Please don't say that blackberry cannot do this because Nokia and others can do these even China mobiles can do this very well. I am very disappointed by the searching made in server days on this topic.

it is not a technical limitation but a descision on RIM-side to disallow call recording.
show me a client that does it on the device itself please.

I am not blaming on blackberry, but there are several softwares available in market which can make this possible, and i need to implement this feature in my application.
Nokia S60 2nd Edition: http://killermobile.mobi/apps/TR2.SIS
Nokia S60 3rd Edition: http://killermobile.mobi/apps/TR4.20.SIS
Nokia S60 5th Edition: http://killermobile.mobi/apps/TR4.20.SIS
Windows Mobile: http://killermobile.mobi/apps/TR.CAB
and many more
So please let me know if annnnnnyyyyy way to store voice conversion on blackberry.

I think best you can do is create a phone listener for call connection and trigger recording audio from the mic at this time. It will likely not pick up the person on the other end.
These guys do something like this I beleive

I wrote the software, and can tell you with certainty that Antair BlackBerry Call Screener does not have call recording capability.
Ahah. You beat me to it.
Repeat after me. "There is no way to do call recording natively on the BlackBerry".

I think these software use server side solution to record your conversation , because call recording is not possible in BB as RIM not provide any API for this , only it is possible when then call is on loud speaker .
As you discussed about some softwares those provide solution for call recording may be using server side functionalities, i also heared about some software that provide call reco features but actually not they provide solution like room recording(records your sorrounding when call is not connected) . As i say only one thing you can do at a time reco or calling, in case of calling you need to release your recorder other wise other person can not listen you during call.
