hi i am new in blackberry development. i owned playbook and want to develop playbook apps but i only can develop in java . please someone tell me can i use java for tablet development ????

I believe you can create Java Android apps and then package them to run on the PlayBook, but I may be mistaken.
Other than that, no.

No. you can convert android apps by android run time.
