Cannot add MapLocation to MapDataModel in BB Components pack

(Sorry, i browsed some more time in the forum, and so examples that people are manually casting this to (Mappable) so that the compilation works, apparently the instances in the VM in the phone are derived from this class.. i am going to try this in the evening)



I wanted to give this example a try:


But then i figured out that in my Eclipse Environment - both MapLocation and MapPoint do not inherit from AbstractMappable (which implements Mappable). I even could not find AbstractMappable as a class, and also on the Javadocs published on



What could i be doing wrong?
