Code Signing Key taking too much time!

I can't believe I've been waiting since april 15th, and no response yet.

 

What can I do for it?

Note: Typically, keys are sent via email within 48 hours of submitting the necessary forms, but occasionally the process can take up to 10 business days. If you haven’t received your keys within 10 business days of submitting the registration form, contact BlackBerry support at 1-877-255-2377.

Did your credit card actually get charged already? If so then I'd call the number JSanders provided. Once i tried it with a debit card and it didn't go through. Next time with a credit card it went through and I had it in a few days. Good luck.
