I am trying to get my application running on an actual device. been using the simulator since the begining.
I heard/read it costs about $20 to get my application signed.
IMy question is:
1) Is it $20 per app programmer? or just per app
I have a team of programmers working with me so I want to know if there is a corporate fee to pay, Or if all programmers have to have a signing key.
Any link to a helpful resource would be appreciated as well !

per programmer. according to the EULA it is one key for every developer i think.

You only need to buy the signing keys once.
You can reuse it.

Does this mean there is no corporate arrangement possible?
So i need to get one set of keys for each developer in the team?
This idea seems to have not been properly thought through by the folks at RIM.
What if one of the developers leave the company? Does he/she then still retain the developer key?
There should be a corporate package. This what i need, not a one-to-one application.
I may have up to a thousand developers in the organization. Hence it makes no sense to apply for a thousand code signing keys neither does it make sense to apply a thousand times!!!

As i told ..you only need to buy just for one time.
You can easily reuse it.

Do you mean reuse on different PCs or just recompilation on the same PC.
I want to use one key on different machines.
is this possible or do i need to get another set of keys for a diff machine. (all internet search results say i need to get different key set for each machine)

technically you could re-use the signing keys on several machines, but this would not be according to the license agreement.
of course you can have only a single machine used for signing etc.

Both can be done ... but RIM doesnt recommend it....
