Re: Overview - summarizing what can be done

Hi Peter

In the fourth connection string you mention, WAP2, there is an error. The deviceside parameter's value must be separated from the ConnectionUID parameter using a semicolon and not a comma.

So,

";deviceside=true,ConnectionUID="

should become

";deviceside=true;ConnectionUID="

Hope that helps someone Smiley Happy

Re: Overview - summarizing what can be done

This sample should simplify the entire process of choosing a route for your network connection for BlackBerry Smartphones that are running a version of BlackBerry Device Software lower than 5.0.

Please do not post questions on this Thread, this is supposed to be an information \thread.  Start your own questions on a new Thread.

FYI, all connections are automatically closed after two minutes.  To keep a socket open you need to send a keep alive message.  But use Push, don't keep a socket alive.
