Did you know java API to handle blackberry tasks.

There are no application to sync data between blackberry and Google.

So I decide to develop simple app. But I didn't find any API to handle default tasks app for blackberry.

Did you know it?

Re: Did you know java API to handle blackberry tasks.

welcome to the support forums.

as a non-native speaker it is difficult to understand what you are asking.

I have successfully used the REST api google offers, but there is no official (or inoffcial, at least none i know of) library.

Tasks are handled in the PIM API.

Re: Did you know java API to handle blackberry tasks.

Thank for your reply.

I am a non-native speaker, too.
So if you didn't understand my question. It Is not your fault.

I have knew that I should use a REST protocol to get a list of Google tasks.
Also knew that there no official API provided by Google on Java ME environments.
But it's not a issue.

My point is how can I add or remove a task in RIM API?
On the contrary, I already found a API for calendar in RIM API.

I think Peter actually answered your quesiton already.

The native API for managing taks is PIM.

See BlackberryPIM, BlackberryPIMList, BlackberryToDo

PIM stand for "Personal Info Manager"
