Error Signing Application

I moved to a new workstation and tried using my keys to sign my application and I am getting the following error.  Has anyone seen this, if so how can i get it resolved?

 

A registration request failed for client 'xxxxxxx'.  The client has 0
registration attempt(s) left.

The client was sent back the following message:

Unable to register client 'xxxxxx' because there are no more registration
attempts.  If you have already registered with this server, then you must
contact RIM to register additional users.

This probably means that the keys were revoked (possibly by accident - it happens all the time).

 

You wil need to contact RIM support to get this rectified.

What phone number or email address can I use, all of them seem to be pay by incident?

I believe uou can only register once. However if you still have access to the previous JDEs you can copy over the sigtool.* files from the bin directory. Try devsupport@rim.com
