I have spent most of the day googling this error, and there is not a clear cut answer to why this has happened. I added a simple if statement and now it just wont start up. I have done all suggestion on all post i could find. Is there someone that has an idea on how to resolve this issue please ?

clear the project, maybe run clean.bat on your simulator

My cod file size is 77KB, the project was cleared and the clean.bat (clean builds) has been done via the project menu item in eclipse. The error has not gone away. The only thing I added was 5 lines of simple code to calculate fuel, nothing big. This is demoralizing !
Does anyone else have any suggestions ? who has had this problem before and what did you do to fix it ?

I have now found that I only get this error on the 9500 and not on the 9700. Could this be a v5.0 or v4.7 related problem or have I not completely removed the application from the v4.7 directory ? I am at my wits end here with this issue. As far as I can tell it has nothing to do with my application rather Eclipse and the Plugin cause the app runs fine on another version "BB simulator"
any advice will be welcomed

Re-installed Eclipse and the Plugin, then downloaded the 4.7 SDK and nothing changes, I still get an error.
The error has changed from:
Error Starting "projectName": Module "projectName" -1 does not match codfile timestamp of sibling module "projectName -1"
Error Starting "projectName": Module "projectName" -1 not found.
I seem to be getting closer to the problem. Does anyone have an idea why i am getting this new error ?

I have tested on the 4.7, 4.6 and lower JRE's and they all give the error. But the 5.0 JRE does not give the error. Could this not be associated with compatibility ?
Will the 9500 run on an app that is solely written on the 5.0 JRE ?
Can someone explain the purpose of the JRE's for me please I know what it stand for etc. But how does that affect the app I am writing ?
