Does anyone has experience on developing a File Explorer just like our Windows File browser. Before I left RIM, I remembered there was a very fancy "File Mananger" application developed on 4.5 OS on Meteor(or Bold 9000). Right now, I am trying to develop a file explorer similar to that one for my streaming application. I am curious how other developers organized the Tree layout on BlackBerry and implement those folder icon, extension and collapse functionality.
Some sample code, hints, ideas will be very helpful.
